Meet our cancer patient navigators
A cancer diagnosis can be life-changing - and navigating the healthcare system during this time can feel overwhelming. If you have received or are receiving treatment at the San, our cancer patient navigators are here to help.
Specialising in breast cancer, metastatic breast cancer, gynaecological cancers, prostate cancer, and gastrointestinal (GI) cancers, our navigators provide personalised support to patients and their families throughout every stage of care. They help coordinate appointments, explain treatment options, connect patients with support services, and offer a compassionate ear when it’s needed most.
Whether you're newly diagnosed or managing ongoing treatment, our navigators are your trusted allies - ensuring that you never face cancer alone.
While our navigation service currently focuses on select cancer types, we are committed to expanding its reach in the future.
